ALL MUSCULO SKELETAL CONDITIONS
Not specifically sports related
The musculo-skeletal system (MSK) makes us move and supports our frame. Bones, tissue, smooth, skeletal and cardiac muscle, tendons, ligaments and cartilage all work together to produce our loco-motor system. Everyone at some point will inevitably damage a part of this complex system leaving a graded discomfort; this could arise from a sports related injury or just from going about daily routines.
Sports and remedial massage therapy is an internationally recognised profession and plays an important and integral role with the rehabilitation of tissue related injuries
